We are passionate about helping people live healthier, happier lives and are seeking a proactive and creative Online Marketing Associate to enhance our content, social media, and marketing initiatives.
This is a remote-friendly role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a meaningful impact in an industry focused on well-being.
Responsibilities
Content Management
- Integrate copy created by the writing team into our content management system (CMS).
- Research and curate engaging images or photos to complement written content.
Content Creation
- Write and optimise blog posts, product descriptions, and other marketing copy.
- Edit images and videos for social media and marketing purposes.
- Develop compelling landing pages and product pages that drive engagement and conversion.
Social Media Marketing
- Plan, create, and schedule content across various social media platforms.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages.
- Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Operational Support
- Assist in organising marketing projects and campaigns.
- Conduct research and compile summaries to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience: Ideally, some experience in content creation, social media, or marketing.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German & English (Spoken and Written)
- Skills: Strong organisational and communication skills, with flexibility and a proactive mindset.
- Problem-Solving: A self-starter with the ability to adapt and take initiative.
- Experience in influencer marketing or community management is a plus.
Job Conditions
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Working hours are from 08:00 – 17:00, 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)
